About Trainers:

Marcin Ziółek

For over 15 years associated with the IT industry and software development. Last 9 years associated with Agile and Scrum.

Trainer Management 3.0, Agile coach, certified Scrum Master and Product Owner.

Co-founder of the Management 3.0 Meetup group in Warsaw, co-organizer of Agile Coach Camp Polska.

He collaborated with Discovery (Sweden), Ergo Digital IT (Germany), Tandem Bank (London), KMD Logic (Warsaw / India / Australia), among others.

From May 2021 Marcin performs the role of an independent consultant.

Magdalena Walczak

Certified Trainer of Management 3.0. Agile, Lean & Design Thinking enthusiast with the holistic approach. In a Trainers’ world since 2012, for the last 7 years introducing Agile & Lean, an Innovations to companies. She is co-organizer of Agile Coach Camp Polska, she was also one of the organizers of Agile Warsaw.

Experienced in Agile Transformation, Organizations Development, Business Growth. She collaborated in Software Development, Marketing, e- Commerce, HR with clients such as KMD, TomTom, HuuugeGames, Dentsu, Isobar, Comarch, Mastercard and others in Europe and outside of it.

Magda’s focus is to help companies improve to create a culture where employees and customers are satisfied.
